By accessing and using the Precision Smile Lab mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Precision Smile Lab provides a comprehensive dental case tracking platform that includes:

• Case submission and tracking for dental professionals
• Communication tools between dentists and lab technicians
• Invoice generation and payment processing
• Lab slip generation and management
• File upload and sharing capabilities
• Push notifications for case updates

3 User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4 Professional Use

Our services are intended for use by licensed dental professionals only. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed dental professional in good standing and that you will use our services in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulations.

5 Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is due upon invoice generation
• We accept major credit cards and ACH payments
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6 Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of patient information. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We comply with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.

7 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
